Here at artAperture, we promise you 100% customer satisfaction. However, if you are not satisfied for any reason with the purchased item, you may return it for a replacement or refund within 14 days of receipt. As soon as we receive the item you wish to return, we will issue a full refund on the purchase price. However, we do not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges.
Returning Damaged/Defective Items
In cases of damage or defect, please contact artAperture immediately. Please provide a digital image detailing the damage or defect, along with a clear description of the problem. If the damage or defect cannot be confirmed through email conversation, artAperture may require that you return your item for a further inspection; before a determination is made as to the state of the product. In such cases, the customer must contact artAperture before making any shipping arrangements.
Please be aware that it depends on the speed of the bank which handles the refund.
